If you list the property, the tenant can still buy it, but you can treat them just like any other buyer - i.e. write me a contract and provide pre-approval letter and good faith deposit etc.

They might do the deal for you even if the properties are in another area or state because of deposits and accounts you have with them.

Never heard of them.Anything providing 100% financing be very skeptical as I haven't seen that happen for years.If they ask for a bunch of fees to process stuff or hold for deposit etc. run the other way.
