What company do you use to screen and manage tenants as well as rental properties?

Our townhouse is owned by our LLC. We signed up with a company that includes: tenant screening (criminal check and credit check) online application process, and marketing, for a very nominal fee.(our property was listed on several sites) The program also includes bookkeeping, etc. It's really an all- in- one setup. So, we rented the property. ( Funny side note...it was the sign in the yard that attracted the renter that moved in )

We want to do online bill pay which is another available feature- and we have two options: ACH and CC but the fees attached to that will be around 100.00 per month per tenant. Is this amount high, or does it seem reasonable?
