Doing rehab sucks at first, but after you settle on standard paint colors, flooring, appliances, etc it becomes better.

Use a two tone color scheme for a start.

It saves money for the owners as you do not have to purchase locks every time a resident moves out or have to use ones that do not look attractive from wear and tear or try to color match.
