Chances are I have bigger cajones than they do.At my previous company they established a "woman's legion" to meet monthly and promote woman specific issues in the workplace, and TBH it pissed me off.

It is basically promoting your company to your buyers persona ( target market- different buyer personas 1) folks with inhertited homes 2) folks downsizing 3) folks behind on their taxes 4) Folks who lost their jobs, cant pay mortgage (whatever situation that you have been successful attracting) through blogs, vlogs, podcasts, SEO, white papers, e books, social media marketing (paid facebook advertising), pay per click (google adwords) and other forms of content creation or content marketing. 

It can take many hours of effort to figure what is happening in any giving area despite what some like to promote.

I also paid for the Facebook marketplace promotion, as she doesn't want to do it.
