Personally I see San Tan growing more rapidly than Buckeye just with it being potentially a little closer to Chandler/Phoenix/etc.

With switching to an entirely different field, it would probably be a good idea to get a little bit of experience in the day to day operations of property management, as well as familiarizing yourself with some of the Colorado fair housing laws, minimum property requirements, etc. 

What I like about what he’s offering is that he says he teaches people to purchase houses, as well as other types of properties, without using any of your own money, loans, or credit.
