Is risking your shirt something you'd be willing to put your family through because your not patient enough to enter the investment world the 'safe' way?

I read for 5 years before we jumped. 3 years we have baby step ourself into a good spot :)  So be patient its worth the set up!

I would then be patient and stack more cash as I look for the prefect deal.

So, be patient study up and figure out what best suits your personal situation. 

Focus on solving that problem and sellers wont care what you do with it so long as you follow through with your promises.We are the only company that tracks our customer satisfaction after the sale so we can improve. 

Be patient, and as supply comes back up if you're willing to move quickly on new listings, you'll land a deal.  

Be as knowledgable and patient as you can be.  

Recently, I have also gotten a lot of satisfaction out of helping friends and family go through nightmare situations with closings.

Assuming you are patient the right one will come along.Remember there are always more applicants out there.

Be patient and wait for the right deal that makes sense.
