Hello everyone,We purchased a commercial property about 5 years ago and inherited a commercial tenant who has been kind of a pain in the butt and we do not wish to resign the tenant when their lease expires at the end of the year. 

On the other hand acreage is pain for a rental if it has to be maintained.

Based off my personality, I rather endure that pain by acquiring SFH then.

We hire out plumbing & electrical and I do property management but it's a pain.

When they started, the patriarch of this family did everything, as they grew they had to take on employees to help manage, CPA, legal, administration, accounting, payroll, for maintenance & repairs, landscaping... 

This inclusion of employees puts the plan in a different, more complex level of administrative requirements. 

At the end of the day, the 203k was a bit of a pain, but got me where I needed to go.
