solo 401K for an employer
Maybe I am confusing the terms used to describe the accounts but what I am after is to create a self directed retirement account so I can invest in real estate. As a business owner with employees I already have a 401K plan set up for myself and my employees. How can I make this happen? My CPA says no. hmmm, confused.
