If yours doesn't, check to see if there's a community development financial institution near you that does, or investigate Self Lender, an online lender that makes one-year credit-builder loans of $550, $1,100 and $2,200.

Then you get a fresh start.

It's worth investigating at least. 

I generally do not waste my time investigating and prefer to reduce my risk by passing.

There is a group forming in my area and I'm investigating it as a way to strengthen the core "team" effort that real estate takes.  

There's been an interpreter, sheriff, & investigator all out to speak with them during the last 6 weeks, and they just don't seem to care.

As a freshly minted newbie, I didn't know about this refi limitation until I started shopping around for rates near the end of the renovation project.

I think for the area, I'd do a couple shrubs up front and one load of fresh gravel or crushed limestone (probably gravel) just to make the parking area look more consistent.
