In regards to finding agents, I would think my best bet would just be taking to Yelp, but I honestly don't even know where to start when it comes to deciding what cities to focus my efforts on.

@Walter Pape I think honestly becausr of all of the snow birds and retiries we have in the state.

Could you honestly assess a bunch of holes in the wall, broken light fixture, and other stuff on the spot?

You just have to explain to them that you would be taking over their payments and that the actual lien from their bank would still be in place (but at this point that shouldn't be too big of an issue I assume b/c they're already on the hook and you're trying to save them).Honestly at this point, I think you just need to get more information on where they're at in the process and go from there.

I honestly do worry about Cheyenne's economy sometimes, with the state and AF being the major employers, although I admit it is slowly getting better with some new industries moving in.
