Facebook is quickly overtaking Zillow anyway, and while some of the leads may not be as great, the volume is so much better.

The happier my buyers are, the longer and more fruitful our relationship is which leads to more volume.

Price per units are flat, and even slightly up in some sub-markets, but transaction volume is down 70% from 2022 levels. 

In order to make a living off wholesaling (and Ideally get list-backs), you need VOLUME.

I got a bit spooked with the volume of available multis in downtown York thinking they must be unrentable areas.

He gets big discounts from banks on rates because of the volume he pushes thru and he's investor-focused. 

So don't get sucked into fake lenders.. but I had to give them HUDS of 25 deals I bought and sold in a 12 month period.. which was easy for me we are high volume but folks starting this is virtually impossible.. and of course I have years at it.. did not happen over night.
