So currently, I am 29 and for all intents and purposes, half of my income is from rentals.

My name is Andy Taylor (don't say it) and I am a new wanna-be investor from the Houston area (Magnolia, actually, which is 40 or so miles north of Houston proper).I stumbled onto BiggerPockets.com after a late-night Half-Price Books run that saw me come home with an armload of discounted Rich Dad books while on a recent out-of-town trip.

It's a half day event.

There are 12000 or so in highest population around me (less than half an hour drive)....wondering if it's worth it to take the class and pay the yearly fee??

The property is about an hour and a half away from home and I do work a 9-5.  

I am buying a house in a month and a half and am going to rent it out after about 6-9months of living in it.
