New Member from Los Angeles

My name is Mikhail and I'm a new member living in Los Angeles, CA. I've been following BP for a couple weeks now and finally decided to do my brief introduction. I have been dabbling off and on in real estate for many years but I got serious last year and now I'm looking to acquire my first investment property (2 -3 units) in the first half of this year. Hopefully I can connect with some members, especially in the Los Angeles, to network, bounce ideas off of, and learn more about the real estate world.
