But, generally speaking, it will depend on the tenants specific circumstances(will they need a government security clearance for future work, will they inherit a house from parents, will they apply for a home loan ever,etc) and how long you are willing to wait for reimbursement.

My insurance most likely wouldn’t cover this.Since the Property Manager is placing the tenant...they are the ones responsible for following all of the government regulated guidelines.

highlight_post=4202298&page=1#p4202298I'd assume that rents would rise, evictions would rise (because landlords would be punished by code complaints that are caused by tenants - which the vast majority of those in Memphis are), and there would be higher vacancy rates/times because of increased rent/deposits.We had a meeting with government officials last week and they couldn't tell us any of this info and pretty much just said that this was the new "best practice" and "other cities were doing it".

Hi Shiloh,If you think about it, there is absolutely no difference in "Schools" schools are just building with teachers in them all teaching the same government (mostly useless to the student) regulated things.They are all the same, the only difference is between the children who attend (of fail to attend) them.That is what they are rating, the children and not the schools.
