That inspection should be documented with pictures and/or video and used as your comparison point for when they move out.

So people can get away with it for a while --- even if you are a title company.What I don't get are people who just outright lie about this.

Got that from a video by Jerry Norton, just found out about him on a topic of estimating for a flip.

They know that a lot of people aren't going to check whether or not they are indeed trade marked so they get away with it.

One of the projects was moving a 6,000 sf beach house which would have been an engineering marvel, or a serious disaster.If you move a house on 35 or mopac can you upload the video to youtube?

Also, social media is big, you could take a video of the home and post it to FB.
