Some people are not meant to be a landlord and thats OK.

Why would you need to seller finance the deal, can you sell it traditionally on the MLS or Craigslist, or did I misunderstand when you really meant finance repairs from out of your own pocket.

@Terry Gillis - I meant trust as in "you trust each other" not trust as in "call a lawyer to set up a trust."

Don't take this the wrong way - it's not meant to be mean-spirited - but you have been working as a real estate agent for 4 years and have no funds.

They are meant for putting under each of your cars wheels and then you can push the car around in any direction in your garage or driveway.

You can freeze the card with the bank if issues come up, but you can't reject partial payments since its meant for business employees to deposit revenue.
