Definitely look at the book recommendations on BP to boost your knowledge on particular subjects.

If not then it will help you see what areas you need more help in @Dave Van Horn just published a book That you should probably read to educate yourself.

Hi @Niyi Odumosu, this may not pertain to this particular situation but the book "never split the difference" by Chris Voss who was actually on the BP podcast is a really great negotiation resource.

Investors should be reading just as many books about psychology as they do about investing.

It' fully furnished and is booked 95% for the next 2 1/2 months.

I got a lot of great takeaways and will be sure to start looking into the books you recommended.

7 bookings since July and getting higher full time rent on the Ohana....also turningthe solar panels on (Ha!)

But I suspect their broad nature makes for a good book recommendation.
