I'm from the Spring area & looking to purchase a SFR by the end of the year (using the BRRRR strategy). I have read on the subject/listened to podcasts & think I'm ready to take the leap.

I'm looking forward to connecting with novice & experienced investors here to bounce ideas and help motivate.

Thanks!

Josh,

Congratulations....... I am moving to Houston area this summer and looking to go full time investing in RE.

It is imperative for newbies like you and I to connect with as many like minded ppl as we can. Try to focus on a target area and get to know it very very well to minimize the chances of buying the wrong deal.

Try to connect with investors, wholesalers, contractors, agents, attorneys....etc. I am trying to do the same thing so when I go into investing and need help I will have some ppl to call and ask.

just my two cents.....
