Phoenix metro has been the fastest growing metro in the country for the last 4 years.  

This deal needed speed and I probably won't be in it long enough to justify the pain and costs of a loan so I disnt get one. 

I would say if you go this route then definitely get a partner who share the same goals and ideals as you do.I believe if you want to get a property under your name the fastest then house hacking will be the way to go.

Just lay out what are your expectations when it comes to speed to respond and how fast showings are schedules, etc.

If values increase 15% to 20% in 4 months, at the same speed, does it mean value will increase 45% to 60% in 12 months this year?

Get up to speed with the states requirements for the way a home needs to be laid out.

Construction has started on a high-speed train and another airport is on the cards.Let's be clear. 

Soon, I'm assuming this will change with restrictions lifting, but I want to see if I can speed-up my learning.
