It is probably a basic Dwelling Policy, which would explain the lower cost.You would probably benefit from sitting down and talking to a broker, so that you at least know the kind of coverage that is available and the rates for that coverage.

Otherwise, as others have suggested, he hasn't moved out and he should rent an extra month.One thing we do when we first hear someone is moving out is give them a move-out package explaining everything we expect them to do.

Some such as tile, tree removal, and plumbing will be contracted.The new bank I am working with is a community bank and they explained the interest only loan as a "construction like loan" if after 6 months, I wont be able to use the FHA loan I will shop around for better rates.I have been here for 10 years I am  more than "eligible" for orders.
