Not one mailing ever went out on time every week it was a different excuse.

@Curtis K Thomas - Well, I can provide a lot of excuses as to why we haven't gotten our first deal under our belt yet (or why interactions w/ property management teams haven't formed yet), but I have been on the board of our HOA for the past 9 years or so and we have nearly a full-time property management agent in my immediate community.  

GC proceeded to give many excuses and not do any work.  

Finding the really good deals seems to be the tough part in my market but no excuses just gotta keep looking.

Now, we have 30+ rental untis, so those of you with 2 or 3 can't use this excuse.

If so, how old does it have to be for your to excuse it?

Hi All,So i found a real estate agent and loan officer thru bigger pocket referrals and was ready to meet with them.....until i asked for references AND both hit me with what I feel to be a lame excuse.
