Hey everyone,

So I am new to the site and wondering how in the world to read all the great content on this site!? There is so much of it and everyone seems very respectful. That is hard to find. I rarely join communities like this but I felt I really should on this site.

I am a new investor in the Sacramento, CA area and am just starting out. I have been in Property Management for over 10 years and am getting really tired of watching everyone else make money. I think it is about time I jump in as an investor too!

I am limited on funds I can spend for this so I was thinking about getting started investing in mobile homes to get some cash coming in to use. Not sure about that yet. Any advice?

I love to meet new people so if you are in the area please let me know. Even if you are out of the area let's talk!
