I usually analyze about 2-3 deals per week using the four square method (although I'm trying to get that to one everyday) but I'm not sure how accurate my analysis is. 

My boss even told me that this was what gets us off the hook as possible 'landlords' subject to stricter laws, and why he doesn't allow guests to stay for more than 28 days.I really need some advice about this, because everything everywhere online says that simply locking a tenant out is very illegal, but I haven't found anything about someone kicking out someone who's living in their own house, and this guy is dangerous and I've lived in fear every day since he's gotten back.

I currently do not have any investments YET but I have an awesome team around me and I’ve learned and continue to learn every day.

I’m looking everyday waiting for something to come on, it is hard finding a house that has a vacant unit, as well as number wise make sense.

The best advice is to continue to take action everyday to get closer to your goal.

They had stopped paying and had parties on the lawn every day in a blow up pool which was annoying the other tenants!
