Even if I didn't have good credit and even if I hadn't established myself with banks, I know that if I can find a deal, a REAL deal, I can find the financing.Financing is very important to this business, but the key to this business is finding the deal.Out of my first ten deals I had one loan that they actually checked my credit, and it was a refinance.

The whole purpose of a lease-option is to allow a buyer to build equity as they don't have a lump sum for a down payment, they won't have it at settlement either in most cases.And as John mentioned above, the Trust will need to sell the property.I believe SC has established a special Land Trust statute and while the "Land Trust" may be a marketing issues, a trust may be established in any state to hold real estate.

then you've got to hold it together, don't spend too much, stick to a game plan and BAM - i think this is a GREAT way to go about investing in real estate...i didn't mean to sound too harsh, but sometimes you've got to drive home a point - GAURD your hard-earned money.
