ØI use a MailChimp automation that is tied to a Google Calendar.Basically I just plug the name, date and email of the guest into a Google calendar entry and emails are automatically sent to my Housekepers and they confirm back via email.

People trying to skip entry level techniques for Ph.D level almost always either don't do anything because that amazing deal with the stars and the moon lining up never presents itself, or they lose their asses because they thought it lined up, but they overlooked some minor detail that turns out to be critical.Like I said, pragmatically your first rodeo is going to take six months anyways.

I'm interested in Indianapolis for the consistent job growth, ease of entry into the market (versus homes here in LA), the Cap rates and ROI that's achievable, and some of the really cool programs that have popped up, like Near Indy.
