What can I do about this issue?

Hi there fellow BPers lol. Can anyone help? If so please do! I have a multi-family duplex where the tenants pays their electricity and I cover water and sewer. I’ve included a coin operated washer/dryer to help me cover the water bill expenses but the problem is the wash room seems to be connected to one of the units. So with that being said the tenant of that unit may see a bill increase monthly on their electricity bill. What should I do??
