DISCLOSURE: NOT LEGAL ADVICE, just the ramblings of a dolt on the internet.Now if my client was in that position and had a finance contingency that said they had to get a mortgage for the offer to come through...... and the extra money was more than they had available and the bank then denied their financing.....
