It's been abused by firefighters walking thru it after while fighting a fire, the construction company tearing down the ceiling, some paint from the ceiling being painted and all had do to was sweep it up, mop and slap some mop and glo on it and they looked like the day I put them in.

@Kurt K.That sure sounds fishy and dare I say ridiculous.I have never had a PM deny a request for a lease for a property that I had an interest in.I don't think even think they have a legal leg to stand on unless.....and this is a stretch....when you signed the PM Agreement with them it had a provision in it under "Proprietary and/or Confidential Information" or "Trade Secrets" that specifically mentioned their blank lease or one signed by a tenant as a confidential document or a trade secret that you were not entitled to have.

It allowed me to give my wife some piece of mind knowing if I get hit by a bus she can pay off the properties ect, it allows me to pass on tax free money to my kids, and it motivates me to save money I otherwise may not have.
