But of course I am structuring my T1 and T776 in such a way as to minimize taxes.So how would I continue to grow, get good bank rates, and still have a tax return that shows lots of expenses, to keep from paying a lot of income tax?

The best advice I can give is to soak up as much education as you can, and never stop.

But the prices in one area should reflect the current market price, even if expectations of growth in the area are projected to continue, this should all be factored into the price right?).

I have two SFR properties in Texas (one in Spring for past three years and one in Conroe for past three months) which I plan on keeping for the long term while continuing to build my portfolio.
