Just cleaning and reusing existing ducts. 

When the shoddy work the contractor performs with bubble gum and duct tape doesn't hold, the same contractor gets sent again to generate another fee. 

Tenants are always wonderful up front, but when the issues arise they seemingly can change colors.

Pick a paint type / color and use it for all, pick your appliances, flooring, counters, sinks, vanities, faucets, etc... and use the same for all.

It also feels bigger due to the window at the end, and the color white. 

In all areas I have worked, it is a z bent aluminum trim, that you make with an aluminum break to keep anything broken from falling out the bottom...you can get a ton of colors to do this with to.

hugly colors, bad carpet, broken slab -> All things that look bad but can be easily fixable.

Distributors are good people to talk to but remember their business is to sell you equipment so they see things through the rose colored glasses. 

I just did a mass order of 5,000 postcard in full color @ 2.8 cents each.. im awaiting for them to arrive as its my first postcard order and plan to pass them out doing door knocking.Was curious if the price you found was cheaper.. thats why i asked..
