The rental market is a bit more challenging over there given the amount of meth etc. but the landscape around Clearlake is beautiful and increased influence from Napa/wine is more notable every year.

Getting re-zoned can be quite a pain in the profit margin but is possible.That said, I can't more strongly attempt to steer you away from running electrical through outside conduit unless you're striving for the slumlord feel.

Which is good, I think you need to master something first and then branch out, but once you have, why not pick up another niche to be able to play the market at both ends, which I think you've done beautifully.

The beautiful half bath that we had spent nearly a month renovating had sure enough been turned into a pig room.So having no idea what to do, we told the tenants that they couldn't keep the pig inside but could keep it in the backyard until they could get rid of it.
