The problem is I was planning on tiling the bathrooms using Ditra and guess what - a primer prevents your thin-set from bonding to your subfloor.

The paint is peeling, the walls r cracked, the tiles r falling off in te bathroom shower probably from the leak he said he hasnt fixed which my inspector says is the cause of a huge amount of water under the unit!

The closer they are in square footage, age, numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms, lot square footage, the more accurate they will be for comping purposes.
