where does one find a basic oak bathroom vanity door to replace one that the wood split 1" right before the hinge (it is only 5 yrs old and is standard cheapy-ish) vanity. 

The problem is I was planning on tiling the bathrooms using Ditra and guess what - a primer prevents your thin-set from bonding to your subfloor.  

The paint is peeling, the walls r cracked, the tiles r falling off in te bathroom shower probably from the leak he said he hasnt fixed which my inspector says is the cause of a huge amount of water under the unit!

Another time, we gave a rent credit for 3 days when we had to put a bathroom out of commission for some major repairs; the tenant preferred to stay over at her daughters house during the time.

The closer they are in square footage, age, numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms, lot square footage, the more accurate they will be for comping purposes.

The house has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, electric everything, and a two car garage.

We took the home down to the studs and have redone the roof, added a bathroom and are now in the phase of putting everything "back together" Drywall, siding, new windows, etc.

Marble bathrooms in a C neighborhood, is not going to get you much.I have taken to using house wash on the roof before an appraisal or sale.
