I thought I was going to live on it for a while but that's not longer the case.

Growing up in a household with 6 siblings and parents working hard to survive living in California I became very observant of what others were doing to make money.

One of our team members who lives in Michigan has agreed to take on the cleaning/turnover themselves, but we know this isn't a sustainable business model.For those of you in the area doing AirBNB/VRBO, how are you managing turnover?

NOTE: They are not able to operate in every state, but mostThey are familiar as well with the stanbdard chart of accounts for PM Companies and you get specialized loans to assist with business needs. 

We of course could build an internal manual process with a virtual assistant of some sort, but I want to see if anything exists. 

Something’s not right there… did anyone else that doesn’t live in Fl that has the lot/s in their parents or families name not changed over to them with some information that also can be done that they didn’t put in the letter?

For deal 1 is the ADU able to be used for living space? 

Most companies have living benefits for these kinds of policies.

Recently bought a house 3 weeks ago it is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house I live in one room and have rented out the other 3 rooms.

I would prefer not to be a landlord, especially since I live 2 hrs away in NY, but it is technically doable.
