I believe with further research you will find that is in regard for advertisements which offer brokerage services (agency).I'm just telling you, IN TEXAS, where I also live and work with DOZENS of professional investors who are licensed - they do NOT list their broker on ads for buying houses. or for free kittens, or for lemonade, or anything else that is NOT brokerage services.

@Daniel Sisto  that is my assessment and also the foreign buyer has gotten a very very expensive education at the hands of some pretty tough  marketing companies and not so ethical resellers.

I am funding one this week in Houston that is requiring one day of separation; and have spoke to or worked with maybe a half dozen over time that all wanted 1-5 days separation, most all citing Department of Insurance oversight.

You should start devouring it with both hands until you get the gist and learn to quickly assess a property, its repair costs and After Repair Value (AVR) in the market that you work.

Essentially it stipulates that they will assess the risks of back flow at my property and determine whether or not a back flow prevention device is required.
