Basically the only thing you loose it the ability to offset ordinary income and of course your tax rate changes.Offsetting ordinary income with depreciation from investments is an awesome perk but the tax advantages of real estate remain pretty amazing no matter how rich you become.

And they also have an amazing automated system in place that helps Rehabbing/Flipping, Wholesaling, Reverse Wholesaling ( my fav)  and so much more..much easier including paperwork, contracts etc.

I would suggest option A Keep in mind great deal of city owned properties are located in c- areas. ( locations .... locations )Reason for not option BNow flipping sounds amazes, but the local market number wise have been very tight margins over last year.
