Can anyone recommend a great roofer and a good general contractor that can handle windows, paint, and general carpentry?

You want to know vacancy rates, average market rents, what amenities push that number up and down and a minimum of 5 year financial projections. 

I currently have 1 single family house, 5 duplexes, and a commercial property that houses my other businesses and office.

So the answer to your questions is, without a broker's license of your own, or a partner with a license, it is illegal and a conflict of interest with the Real Estate firm who's name you use as an agent.
