@Jacob Huelsman In Arizona, there is a local real estate attorney who posts on his website, FOR FREE, Arizona specific clauses that he recommends people incorporate into his leases.That way when they have to hire him to do evictions later on, the leases already contain everything he needs to get things done more efficiently.Yes, in my opinion, you should have a lawyer look things over.

I am curious how visible these events are, events seem to be a little hidden in the BP website.

My "business name" = my logo =my domain nameIt instantly makes it clear what I do, it is memorable, it is a keyword, people type my business name all the time to find services they are looking for, it is immediately clear where they can find me, and it is instantly obvious what my website is.That with a bit of Google trust, and google will now think that everyone is looking for ME specifically.
