Since inception 3 years ago we are at about 450 notes in force,  and happy to say and its hard to believe but not one foreclosure.. we have had a few payment snafu's when Wells cut off  shore accounts abruptly..

Welcome to BP, Kirk.When I was working in Portsmouth, NH, I use to go for an evening cycle up your way (along Shore Rd and #9 mostly).There are a few other members from the Portland area and further north (Winslow, New Gloucester, Yarmouth) and there was one from Kittery, but I have not seen him here in some time.

Lose - lose situation.Like I said, I would be careful, be present when he's in occupied rentals, have insurance, have temporary door lock codes that expire when he's done or change locks (good idea if you're giving any hired person access to your place), watch for behavior changes, search for recent convictions or drug issues, and so on.
