I have ton of home improvement knowledge and I would love to eventually be a fulltime real estate investor.

It may not be for everybody but for some, like myself, it was the kickstart that lead me eventually to BP where I've learned more than I ever though possible. 

The reason I ask, is that the more rental properties your acquire, the more likely one of them will eventually have a temporary large financial loss.
