My question is when I go to Airbnb, I see amazing properties that are listed for $250 a night in the summer and they barely have any upcoming bookings.

I have barely scratched the surface and learn something new each day.

With all of the software that is available it seems like the property manager will barely have any work. 

To the point that I start asking . . . should I keep the capital and just let it barely cash flow or should I just do the 20% down and let it flow a little more. 

I was grinding, working every weekend barely taking days off, making pretty good money.

If the income of your tenant are barely making it past your income requirements, mostly in C and D class neighborhoods, you might want to install.My properties in B class neighborhoods, I find that the tenant can afford and want to washer there clothes in new or their own washer and dryer.
