In your experience are counties setting the auction reserve price at the lien amount plus interest and fees, assessed value or at an estimated market price?

The intersection between architecture and real estate development is where I have spent the past three years of my life, researching and designing in an academic setting, and now I am ready to put my skills and theories to the test. 

This could be tens of thousands or over a million, it all depends on the condition of the property and the quality of its amenity set.
