Great way to keep communicated through COVID-19 with your commercial tenants.

Bring any communication about the initial walk through especially if the tenant approved or signed off.

I can say that they seemed to be this way for the most part.I have now closed on the property and while reviewing the files I read some communication between the previous owner and one of the residents that may be cause for concern.

Due to Covid-19 there are a lot more opportunities available in the market.I've read a lot of business books and some of the top on my list are "Think and Grow Rich", "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", "The Intelligent Investor", "The Art of War", "Mastery", and "How to Win Friends and Influence People" (PS. there are many more, but too many to list).

If you haven't read them yet, I would recommend "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and "Cash Flow Quadrant", both by Robert Kiyosaki. 

Close date was originally November 30, but was immediately moved to December 30, which was fine because that was communicated up front.

Very creative with adding a 1 in there and with a text mail account, they will never answer the phone, which is another reason to be cautious with someone who can only communicate through email.  

I'm seeing relationships and communication be the common denominator here.
