I personally love the podcasts, but the forums are a tremendous resource with real people.Perhaps you can state where you're from - this way, investors who have that location (city, state for example) will get a notification of your post and might be able to respond.

Trying to do each project with separate crews would create a tremendous amount of management overhead, not to mention the difficult of finding several different contractors in each trade that I wanted to work with -- it just wouldn't be feasible.Add in the monetary benefits of using contractors serially on projects, and I really couldn't imagine doing it any other way.But again, that's just my experience/preference...I know others who prefer to have multiple crews, even for a small number of projects.
