I had the same issue before I switched to an online payment platform which automatically applies a late fee after 5 days.

Most iBuyers are on platforms (brokers) who disallow any wholesalers.

Its just so frustrating because I like the platform but its so buggy!!!

You're probably right to assume that most donors have a CPA but I doubt the 100M renters and half a million homeless in American have access to a CPA, EA, lawyer, etc.So I was looking for some general Bigger Pockets wisdom from actual transactionsbut I'm finding very little nonprofit experience on this platform so far...If you come across any professionals that have actually donated or received real property into a nonprofit in American, PLEASE let me know :)

Other than looking for another crowdfunding platform which could pay a monthly return on investments, I'm stumped.

It can be a great platform, especially for someone at your age, to build wealth & financial freedom. 

I have a couple awesome people I reach out to to get advice but what’s a better way than to reach out to hundreds and familiarize myself with this platform.
