Checked out another house but not really a fan of this mom-like lady who clearly is green-eyed and money hungry, talking about her greedy associates.

I listen to LFU frequently (I'm not a LFU member) and am very interested in MF units but I have absolutely no clue how to start this process.Any input would be appreciated.Thanks,Jason

I was always a fan of the "house hacking" idea.

I have a neighbor of his (good tenant) that is not a fan. 

I am fan of  Benjamin Moore however thecoverage of Behrin marquee is incredible.  

In most jurisdictions when there is no written lease, there is a default, implied lease in effect which is frequently a month-to-month term.In such a case there is no need to evict, just simply serve a notice of termination.One caveat which comes to mind: some jurisdictions (including our home one) have the concept of a long-term tenant coded in legislation and afford additional rights to such tenantes.  

I've been reading tons of books and am working through the BiggerPockets Podcast, which I'm a big fan of so far.

Should I be concerned about buying fans or a window unit to help them out or should I tell them to get there own fans?
