Verbal ok from a county/city employee doesn’t cut it

Hey BP,I was wondering if anyone can help answer my question, I was driving to the beach the other day when I noticed these buildings on the intersection of Sunset Highway and Timber Road, This is in Oregon by the way, (heck let me say Portland as well so people with that keyword may be more likely to notice this post) anyhow let me just cut to the chase.

I've told them straight up, "if you aren't happy living here, you are free to leave." 

Seems like a clear, cut, dry, easy profit. 

There was one lender I wanted to go with but decided against it because he spoke for 30 minutes straight before I interrupted him and told him what I was trying to do.  

We can talk through this in more detail, but paint will NOT cut it.

If it helps, sometimes looking at the house as a 3-5 year stepping stone instead of a forever home can cut out some of those "dream home" emotions. 

Court ordered appraisals are characterized by no underwriter questioning everything, no Realtors calling them idiots if they don't hit value, no appraisal management company taking a middle-man cut of the appraisal fee and shopping around for fastest/cheapest report.
