Property values in this neighborhood have recently peaked, and the owners are expecting a big payday when they sell the lot, which will almost certainly become (more) single-family housing.

I'm currently selling my one and only california property (also a prior primary residence)I think California is again near peak or peaking and therefore want to avoid a huge downturn.

You need to get inside with contractor to get at least a verbal estimate from them because a window peak isn't getting it.

Anyway, I have seen reassessments 15% below their initial tax value (ie--their purchaes price during the peak of the boom).
