I did not find this out until 2 years ago when I offered to buy the house from her and she broke down into tears and finally told me.

Hi everyone, My tenant and his girl friend rent a 2 br unit at $975.  

I have a property under contract and the listing agent broke the front yard pipe or something that has to do with plumbing with the for sale pole.

She is what I would call a simple, country girl and I wasn't sure she understood the finishes.

I will say, it's disgusting to see slumlords, there's a house down the street from ours, that someone broke the window-- and guess what, the slumlord just put a board over it-- renting it out as-is!
