The problem is that would take away from the funds we would disburse to both of us( we keep all proceeds in the company and take no salary)I have a lot of other great ideas that allow us to grow more but I am limited by the time element.

If so I presume its in your name and not a LLC/S-Corp, I assume you cant' justify/afford a $1M liability umbrella policy with the proceeds from this if you get sued.+ Are you managing it?

Couldn't I just buy a term life insurance policy on her, and use the proceeds to pay off the mortgage when she dies?

I've read a lot of the pro vs. con arguments on the site and I completely understand that the purchase price might be above what I could get in the open market, but in this case I'm taking a long-term, multi-year view and I'm willing to pay a slight premium for the convenience.I'm not looking to bash any specific members and I've actually already talked to a few BP members (or their firms) who deal with turn-keys.
