You do not need any systems check for the plumbing, air conditioning or electrical.

Literally just today she called me demanding someone come take a look at her air conditioning unit.

In the video I saw some old style radiators, what looked like vents for forced air, at least 1 through the wall a/c and maybe some baseboards (wasn't clear on the video).

Not long ago I posted an ad on Instagram for Air BnB friendly loan products and had to turn off comments because some people seemed to be convinced that I've single handedly gentrified the the bay area. 

It was a disease people feared, and it was still a disease that people were afraid of getting through casual contact, sweat from shaking hands, toilet seats, blood from a kid's skinned knee being' in the air', tears, etc.If they rewrote the law today, I don't think they would have added that sentence.

Just recently moved here in April with the Air Force.
